A) TERMS OF SALE
If you are a private customer, you can buy directly adding selected products to your page cart. When you have finished and accepted terms of service, payment process will be made. Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation “Received Order”. As soon as the order is received and its issuing fulfiled, you will receive a message “Order submitted”.
In case of wholesale customer, (truffle distributor of , gourmet specialised shop, restaurant or large consumers), you can get in touch directly with us in email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. Here we will provide you with more reference prices.
B) DELIVERY INFORMATION
Our fresh truffles are sent packed in special packing with refrigerated cargos and cold-chain shipments and always in 24 hours-transport service in Spain. For the rest of the world, estimated delivery will be displayed when purchasing the product. The type of packing and cooling load guarantee that Truffles arrive in perfect condition to destination Rest of durable product has the same delivery time. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have a 14 clear days timeframe, starting from the delivery date of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of the Law 7/1996, of January 15 of Arrangement in Retail Trade modified by the Law 47/2002, of December 19).
User will not have any right to desist in the cases established in implementing legislation and, especially, property and not limited, in the following assumptions.
1.- Goods made in accordance with the specifications of the User or clearly personalized; 2.-Food or goods that could deteriorate or expire rapidly; 3.-Packaged foodstuff which have been unsealed after the delivery for not being suitable to be returned for protection, health or hygiene reasons; 4.-The sound or video recording sealed or computer programs under seal that have been unsealed by consumer and user after delivery; 5.-Accommodation services for different purposes apart from serving as housing, transport of goods, vehicle rental, meal or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts foresee specific date or a period of execution.
In case the product could be returned, the user will have to bear the cost of return of the product to Universo Trufa, who will reimburse the price of the product in a maximum of fourteen days.
- If you find some damage in the packing, you will have to clarify it in the delivery note by distribution company.
- Our Customer Service Department has an after-sales service that will take charge facilitating all needed procedures through e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Universo Trufa Will proceed to the return of the amount of goods when, due to not attributable causes (whether direct or indirect), is unavailable to serve it.
- If the return is a consequence of an error in the order processing and it was not corresponding with the requested by the client, shipping costs will be paid by Universo Trufa on having replaced goods.
You can claim its return through email to email@example.com, within 14 working days from the date you received the order by courier service. Please, make us know in mail order number and the reason why you return the article.
As soon as your request is received, we will get in touch with you to indicate next steps.
Next, and always within 5 working days from your request, our courier service will gather the article in the period indicated. Transportation costs will be paid by the client. If you prefer, you can send it with another logistics company, carriage paid.
Prepare, then, the package inside its original packaging, and make sure that the labels should not have been started and the item has not been used. The return must fulfill these conditions to be accepted.
As soon as the article is received in our offices and inspected meticulously, we will send you an e-mail informing about the acceptance of the return.
From this date, we will have 30 working days to reimburse the purchased amount, except shipment costs, which will be returned only in case Universo Trufa is responsible in return reason. The refund will be made in the same payment means used when purchasing.
In case of not fulfilling any of these conditions, we will get in touch with you to offer the option to return items that have not been accepted. All the expenses that this return generates, included shipment, will run at the expense of the client (except return in 14 days from product reception, which will be to the specified in the previous paragraph). If you do not accept this option, Universo Trufa can keep goods and their amount.
